IPCON’s PAᴴᵀ GF material utilizes glass fiber reinforcement respectively to substantially increase the mechanical strength and dimensional stability of high-temperature polyamide (PAᴴᵀ). Formulated for printing high-fill parts without the need for a heated chamber, these compounds produce parts with superior surface precision and abrasion resistance, readily meeting the rigorous industrial requirements for high-strength and wear-resistant components in a wide range of power tools.

Utilizing proprietary interlayer adhesion enhancement technology, IPCON’s PAᴴᵀ GF significantly improves interlayer strength (+55%) and interlayer stiffness (+75%) compared to competitors. It also maintains better rigidity and strength in wet conditions. Combined with excellent impact strength and heat resistance (with Heat Deflection Temperatures reaching 204°C and 190°C, respectively), this material is perfectly suited for high-performance applications such as automotive, drones, and RC racing.

Key Notes

Nozzle Requirements: Use ≥0.4mm hardened nozzles to prevent clogging/wear from PAᴴᵀ GF .
Filament Drying: For optimal results, dry used/spooled filaments at 90-100°C for 8-14 Store sealed with desiccant (≤35°C, ≤20% RH).
Printer Flexibility: High interlayer strength and anti-warping properties allow use in both enclosed and open-frame printers (apply PVP solidglue stick, bed temp 90-120°C). For large, high-density models, enclosed printers are preferred.
Overhangs & Cooling: Overhangs require enhanced cooling and supports, especially on thick spherical sections. Contact support for customized parameters for complex models.
