Key Notes

Nozzle Requirements: Use ≥ 0.4mm (0.6mm recommended) hardened nozzles to prevent clogging and wear from the carbon fibers in PC CF.
Filament Drying: For optimal printing results, dry used or spooled filament at 80-100°C for 8-12 hours before printing. Store filament sealed with desiccant (≤ 35°C, ≤ 20% RH).
Printer Flexibility: High interlayer strength and anti-warping properties, IPCON PC CF can be printed on both enclosed and open-frame printers. Apply a PVP solid glue stick, set bed temperature to 100-120°C. For large or high-density models, enclosed printers are recommended.
