PPA (Polyphthalamide) material inherently possesses exceptional heat resistance and hydrolysis resistance. The IPCON PPA family can withstand long-term exposure to high-temperature environments above 120°C, while the short-term peak temperature resistance of PPA-CF and PPA-GF exceeds 220°C. Strength degradation in wet conditions is only 3%, making it ideal for extreme applications such as high-temperature filament clips, high-temperature and high-humidity components in industrial equipment, and automotive engine compartments.

Key Notes

High-Speed Printing: PPA-CF/GF supports up to 250 mm/s (infill). Set max volumetric speed to 21 mm³/s. Reduce speed to <150 mm/s for parts in liquid environments. Apply build plate adhesive before printing.
Filament Handling: Dry filament at 100–130°C for 10–14h before use. Store sealed with desiccant (≤35°C, ≤20% RH) to prevent defects.
