Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return items ordered from the IPCON Web Store within 14 days of receiving them. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Return Process
- Eligibility:To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories that were included with the order.
- Important:All return requests must first be submitted to our official Customer Support, and the package must be sent to the address we provide. Returns that are not confirmed and monitored by Customer Support may be lost. Please include the following in your email:
- The original order number for the items you wish to return.
- A brief description of the reason for the return (e.g., product issue) along with clear supporting evidence, such as photos or videos.
- Initiation:Once your return request is received, our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process.
- After you have shipped the return, please provide us with the tracking number. We strongly recommend retaining your tracking information, as we are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier.
- Packaging:To prevent damage during transit, all returned goods must be securely packed in the original box and packing materials. Please reuse the box and materials in which you received your order.
- Processing:Returns will be processed within 5 business days of their arrival at our facility. We encourage you to stay in touch with us and monitor your email for updates. If a returned item shows signs of use, is damaged, or is missing parts, we may issue a partial refund to reflect the loss in its value.
Refunds
Once a refund is issued, it may take up to 7 business days to appear in your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges and any associated shipping fees/taxes are non-refundable.
- Customer-Initiated Returns:If you choose to return an item for reasons other than a defect or error on our part, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please contact Customer Support to initiate the necessary process.
- Refused Packages:If you refuse a delivery and the order is returned to us before it is successfully delivered, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund or billed to you.
Special Considerations
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, defective, or not the item you ordered, please initiate a return within the return period and we will arrange for a replacement.
- Product Accessories and Packaging:Items must be returned with all original accessories and packaging. Failure to do so may result in the return being denied.
- Purchases from Authorized Resellers:Purchases made from an authorized IPCON reseller’s website are subject to that reseller’s return policy. Please contact the reseller directly for assistance.
Order Cancellation
We strive to process and deliver orders efficiently. If you need to cancel an order after it has been placed, please follow these guidelines:
- Cancellation via Account Center:You may cancel your order through the “Cancel” button in your Account Center, provided the entire order status is “Fully Unfulfilled.”
- Partially Fulfilled Orders:Once your order status is “Partially Fulfilled”:
- Self-service cancellation is no longer available for the remaining unfulfilled items. Please contact our Customer Support for assistance with cancelling the rest of your order.
- In-stock items may have already entered the internal processing stage and cannot be canceled.
- Once an item has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. You will need to submit a return request upon receiving it.
Order Cancellation by IPCON
We reserve the right to unilaterally cancel any order at our sole discretion under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Exceeding Purchase Limits:The IPCON Online Store sells products for end-user customers only. Commercial distribution, resale, or licensing of products is prohibited. We may cancel orders and issue refunds if, before shipment or delivery, we detect violations such as:
- Ordering products exceeding the per-account purchase limit.
- An individual attempting to circumvent purchase limits by using multiple linked accounts (identified by payment method, delivery address, IP address, phone number, etc.).
- Payment Issues:
- The payment is declined or not completed.
- A payment method is suspected of being used fraudulently (e.g., a potentially stolen credit card).
- Suspected Fraud or Abuse:
- We receive notification from your credit card issuer or a third-party payment service (e.g., PayPal) indicating the transaction may be fraudulent.
- We suspect that discount points, coupons, gift cards, or other benefits were obtained or are being used fraudulently or abusively, triggering fraud prevention alerts or violating security protocols.
- We determine the purchase was made through improper means or have evidence it was not made legally.
In such cases, we will notify you via the email address provided at checkout. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. IPCON shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such cancellations.
